What the work looks like
Independent contractors service customer support programs for client companies through the Arise Platform.
Work from home
Service calls, chats, or emails for client programs from your own home office using your own equipment.
Choose your intervals
Contractors select service intervals from those the client program makes available. Availability varies by program.
Paid per serviced interval
Client programs pay per serviced interval at rates set in each program's Statement of Work. You see the rate before you enroll. We pass payment to you on a fixed twice-monthly calendar with an itemized statement.
Training is required
Each client program requires a certification course of roughly three to eight weeks before you can service. Certification is unpaid and some programs carry a course fee.

Check eligibility and register
Confirm your state, computer, and internet meet the platform requirements, then register on the Arise Platform through our Service Partner link.
Background check and certification
Complete the third-party background check, choose a client program, and finish its certification course.
Start servicing
Once certified, select service intervals and begin servicing from home.

Arise is currently sourcing contractors from these states only: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Not available in other states, the District of Columbia, or US territories. You must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States.
